The
Cat6Plan From Precision IBC ...

In the event of a hurricane or natural disaster, Precision IBC will
take all necessary, recommended precautions including, but not limited
to, securing offices and warehouses, and increasing inventory levels
in all four stocking locations (Fairhope Alabama; Broussard Louisiana;
Carteret, New Jersey; and Cleveland, Ohio). If one administrative
location is not accessible, but the other is, operations will continue
from the operable site. If neither administrative location is accessible,
operations will continue from a secondary, emergency location offsite.
Precision IBC’s main objective will be to get operations up
and running as soon as conditions allow. Precision will only allow
shipments from the warehouse during emergency operations. We will
not offer to deliver nor accept any incoming freight during emergency
operations.
If we must leave the workplace quickly, all essential equipment needed
for ongoing operations will be taken to a secure, secondary location
(as noted earlier in the policy). Telephone service will be transferred
to the secondary location number, and customers will be able to call
either existing toll free number for assistance.
Computer hardware will be secured in individual offices and the computer
server will be removed. Computer software is currently backed up
offsite in a secure location. All records including critical records
such as accounting systems are all currently backed up offsite in
a secure location. |
