President's Message

Precision IBC is a World Leader in Stainless Steel IBC Rental. Our growth and success can easily be traced to one common factor, our loyal customer base. You are going to notice some exciting changes at Precision IBC.

First, we have launched our new website. The new site is designed for visitors to easily access information on Precision IBC's extensive product line. The new website allows you to obtain technical information, as well as sales literature via a PDF delivery. Our desire is to create a site that will allow you, the customer, the ability to have all the necessary information about our products.

I trust you will find this site an improvement over our old site. We will continue to add features to better serve our customers. If there are any features we have overlooked I would appreciate your suggestions. The website address is the same and can be accessed @ www.precisionibc.com.

Sec
ondly, you will begin to start seeing the "Precision Certified" safety seal on our ECOgard line of Stainless Steel IBCs. After 9/11 we all have seen a heightened focus on both product and chemical plant security, as well as the of the U.S. food supply. The "Precision Certified" safety seal identifies that our Stainless Steel product line offers the highest level of safety and security in the industry. Even before 9/11, Precision IBC always provided our customers with the safest stainless steel IBCs available. You can be confident that when you choose a tank from our "Precision Certified" product line you have chosen the safest, most secure product in the industry.

Once again I thank you for all of your support. We look forward to serving you soon.

Anthony P. Beard, President and CEO

What is "Precision Certified" Safe

There are many options available for today's shipper when transporting hazardous or extremely valuable products in IBCs. But all IBCs are not created equal. Without question our Stainless Steel IBC provides maximum safety and security for the storage and transportation of liquid and dry products. Because of the changing threats to the security of our chemical and food supply, Precision IBC has identified our Stainless Steel IBC as a "Precision Certified" safe IBC.

The Stainless Steel IBC is the responsible choice for hazardous materials and food grade products that need security from the daily risks associated with your business; security that a plastic bottle in a cage or a bag-in-a-box cannot provide. The tamper-evident "Precision Certified" safe IBC is the standard for secure IBC shipping and storage. The least expensive package is not always the most cost effective. A great example is the savings you may experience on your insurance cost when you choose our "Precision Certified" IBC.

By shipping in the most responsible, environmentally sound package available, your product will get there safe, secure and with peace of mind. When you see the "Precision Certified" safety seal, you know you are packaging at the highest possible standard.

Why Rent?
If you are still using drums to ship or store liquids, you are probably paying too much for your liquid packaging costs not to mention the ease of handling, shipping or storing your liquids in an IBC (intermediate bulk container). Now you can rent a "Precision Certified" safe, fully equipped, heavy-duty, stainless steel IBC for only $1.50 per day. Look at the tremendous savings when you rent an IBC from Precision IBC.

For example, you are using drums and are presently handling 350 gallons of product per month. Assume a drum cost of $24.00 which represents a packaging cost of 43.6 ¢ per gallon ($24.00 divided by 55 gallons). A 350 gallon IBC from Precision IBC costs only $1.50 per day to rent or $45.00 for 30 days. $45.00 divided by 350 equals 12.8¢ per gallon packaging costs.

Would you rather pay .44¢ per gallon or .13¢ per gallon?

Contact us today and let us tell you about our rental plan and how Precision IBC can help you save money!

Is UN/DOT Retesting too Complicated?

Precision IBC can help! Let the certified trained technicians at Precision IBC save you freight charges, down time, and cleaning charges with our on-site testing and repair program. Our portable unit and certified trained technicians can travel to your site to perform complete UN/DOT testing, including minimum wall thickness testing on your fleet.

Let's face it, downtime of your assets costs money. When you add up all the costs associated with retesting, including freight, direct employee time and excessive materials costs, it can be costly.

Precision's customers trust us with their testing and repair needs. If onsite repairs can't be made, we can repair your equipment and make your tanks look new again at our 20,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art facilities in Broussard, Louisiana and our 17,000 sq. ft. facility in Fairhope, Alabama.
