Precision IBC Privacy Policy

Precision IBC is committed to respecting and protecting the privacy of visitors to our web sites as well as the privacy of our actual customers.

For visitors, we've structured our web sites so that, in general, you can visit us on the web without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information.

For customers, once you choose to provide us personally identifiable information (any information by which you can be identified), you can be assured that it will be held completely confidential and only be used to support your customer relationship with Precision IBC.

Warranty

For a period of 60 months from the date of shipment, Precision warrants its stainless steel tanks against defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service. This is Precision’s sole and exclusive warranty. If such a defect appears within 60 months from the date of shipment and purchaser has given Precision prompt written notice of same, Precision will repair the tank, or at its option replace the tank, by shipping a similar tank free of charge, or at its option refund an equitable portion of the purchase price. Precision may require the return of the defective tank, transportation prepaid to Precision, to establish the claim. No allowance will be made for repairs without Precision’s written consent and approval. Any descriptions of the product, any specifications and any samples, models, bulletins or similar material, used in connection with a sale of the product are for the sole purpose of identifying the product and are not to be construed as express warranties.

PRECISION MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED; AND ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY PRECISION AND EXCLUDED FROM THESE TERMS OF SALE. The purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy, whether based upon warranty, contract or tort, including negligence, will be to proceed under this warranty. All liability of Precision shall terminate 60 months from the date of shipment of the tank. Precision shall not in any event be liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Precision also disclaims all liability, whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise, to any party other than purchaser.
