IBC Accessories

Our four-leg wire rope slings are corrosion-resistant and built to handle offshore transfer work in Gulf of Mexico conditions, and they're compatible with Precision IBC tanks and carriers. These wrap-around heaters help move slow, viscous products such as honey, molasses, and lube oil through the tank faster, and they're compatible with caged, plastic, and metal IBCs alike.

Applied directly to one to four sides of a metal IBC during manufacturing, these panels circulate steam, hot or cold water, or glycol-based fluids through 1” NPT inlet and outlet fittings. Not recommended for UN-rated tanks.

Our insulating tank blankets use Herculite industrial fabric over ½” dense foam insulation, built to hold up in demanding conditions. Standard black blankets ship from stock, and we can custom-build one to fit your tank in the fabric color you need.

This lid-mounted coil is built from 1” schedule 40 stainless steel pipe with 1” NPT inlet and outlet connections, compatible with steam, hot water, or glycol-based mediums. Most heating coils are custom-ordered, though we keep coils in stock for 350-gallon stainless steel IBCs.

Built from 10-gauge carbon steel (stainless steel available) with galvanized grating, our containment sumps deliver 110% product containment and meet EPA and OSHA requirements. Sumps can be sized to any tank, and a 2” drain plug makes spill recovery quick.

Our universal access stands come in a range of heights, built from 3” carbon steel pipe with a 14” top platform and bracing to fit most base dimensions and discharge setups. Floor-mounted and spacer-stand versions are available, and we take on custom fabrication for specific requirements.

A piggyback feed system lets a transporter tank feed directly onto a permanent base tank, so product keeps flowing without a break in supply. Each system ships with a 12” universal spacer stand and discharge hose, with custom configurations available.

Choose from lid-mounted or bridge-mounted mixers, electric or pneumatic motors, and a range of impeller sizes matched to your product and viscosity. These are custom-order accessories, built around your specific application.

From Krueger At-A-Glance direct-reading gauges to Kenco Engineering side-mount and bottom-plumbing bulk tank gauges, we offer level gauge options for nearly any tank setup. Materials and units of measure are application-driven, so most gauges are custom-ordered.

The Snyder Industries SafTainer is our all-poly containment sump option, chosen for its resistance to corrosion and a wide range of chemicals. It holds 485 gallons and accommodates poly IBCs up to 330 gallons and metal IBCs up to 350 gallons (top grating required).

Certified to DNV standards, the EcoCarrier handles up to 15 different IBC specifications and top-loads through a dual-latch door. Its solid floor doubles as a drip pan with an integrated drain, and it carries a maximum safe working load of 4,219 kg (9,300 lbs).
