Precision IBCs wrap-around tank heaters speed up the flow of slow moving and uncooperative contents such as honey, molasses and lube oil and are designed to work with caged, plastic or metal IBCs.
Belly band IBC heaters work with all metal IBCs and provide practical, efficient means of freeze protection, viscosity control and maintenance of materials at elevated temperatures.
Heating/Cooling panels can be applied to 1 to 4 sides of a metal IBC during manufacturing and work with steam, hot or cold water, or gycol-based mediums. Inlet and outlet fittings are 1” NPT. (Not recommended for UN tanks.)
Precision IBCs insulating tank blankets are made of Herculite high performance industrial fabric with ½” dense foam insulation for ultimate durability. Standard size Precision IBC black blankets are regular stock items, or blankets can be custom made to fit a variety of tanks in your choice of fabric color.
The internal heating coil is a lid mounted heating option for metal IBCs and is constructed of 1” schedule 40 stainless steel pipe with 1” NPT inlet and outlet fittings. The coils work with steam, hot water, or gycol-based mediums. While heating coils are generally application driven and are considered custom order items, we do stock coils for our stainless steel 350 gallon IBCs.
Our IBC containment sumps offer 110% product containment for all industrial applications and comply with EPA and OSHA regulations. Our sumps are constructed of 10 gauge carbon steel (stainless steel sumps available) with a galvanized grating and can be made for any size tank. Spills can be recovered easily with a 2” drain plug.
Precision IBC offers universal IBC access stands in a variety of heights. Our stock stands are constructed of 3” carbon steel pipe with 14” top platform panels and additional bracing to accommodate all IBC base dimensions or discharge applications. Floor mounted and IBC spacer stands available. Custom fabrication is also available to meet your application requirements.

Piggyback feed systems offer the convenience of receiving a transporter tank onto a permanent base tank. Keep your product flowing with Precision IBCs feed system including a 12” universal spacer stand and discharge hose. Customized feed system options available.
Mixers/blenders options include lid-mounted and bridge-mounted mixers, electric and pneumatic motors, and impeller sizes for your specific applications. Mixers are custom order accessories.
Precision IBC level gauge options include Krueger At-A-Glance direct reading level gauges and Kenco Engineering side-mount or bottom plumbing bulk tank gauges. Materials of construction as well as units of measure are application driven making most level gauges custom order items.
Snyder Industries SafTainer Basin and stand is our poly containment sump option. Made of 100% poly construction, the SafTainer offers superior corrosion and chemical resistance. It has a liquid capacity of 485 gallons and is compatible with all poly IBCs up to 330 gallon and metal IBCs up to 350 gallon (top grating required).
Our ecocarrier is certified to DNV Standards of galvanized carbon steel and will handle as many as 15 different IBC specifications. It features a dual locking latch on its loading door and can be top loaded. The floor is solid to provide a drip pan with integrated drain. Maximum safe working load is 4,219 kg (9,300 lbs).
